No Cubes only crushed!! GE Profile TFX22 PP
Whenever I try to get cubed ice I only get crushed now... I have tried to do what I can, but don't really understand why this is so... Upon further investigation, I discovered a bronze looking cylinder laying behind the ice tray. I assume this came from something, though it doesn't seem to have an obvious home. I don't have the manual anymore. This piece is about 1.5" long and maybe 1/2" wide diameter with a small diameter hole going directly through it. Where does this go! This may be the missing piece!! Can anyone shed some light on this matter as I am sick of crushed ice.. I want my cubes back! Let's see... light works, crushed works, water works.. but NO CUBES.

I believe it is the Solenoid SOLE/ARM AMS that was under my ice bucket. Can I re-insert this back into my freezer? Or what? How do I do that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Here, check it out and let me know. It is only the round solenoid that I have. Not the other larger piece that looks like a plug.
