Default GE Refrigerator is not working (clicking noise)

My GE fridge has clicking noise. I am not sure what is wrong with it. Maybe the compressor relay or the fan in the freezer stop working. I tried to do researches, but it just does not help. So, I need your help : )

Descripion:
The GE refrigerator is about 1 year and 3 months old. One day it just stopped working, and then when it tried to run again, there will be clicking noise (it's like the compressor try to start, but then stop repeatedly). There is a fan in the freezer. When there is clicking noise, this fan will spin just a bit, then stop. I have to spin it manually to get it started (now the fridge is running).

But if it stops working, and tries to run again, then there will be clicking noise again. It has been more than a week already. I have to spin the fan munually over and over to get it started. Please help : )

Sounds like your evaporator(freezer) fan motor is bad.

Here is a new one for your model, in case you need to order it:

Default water and ice dispensers are also not working

I forgot to say that the water dispenser and ice dispenser is not working. If the fan is running, and I push the water dispenser or ice dispenser, the fan would stop running right away (and of course, I have to start it manually again...)

The Ice maker is still working if I turn it on (I keep it off now). the lights in the fridge are also on.

I think remember seeing someone else post this same problem, do a forum search here and see if you can locate that thread.
