Default Hotpoint Fridge Defrost Timer Location?

Hi;
Thanks for reading my post...I have a circa 1992 Hotpoint fridge and I am trying to locate the defrost timer....The model # is CT H21 ERER....this fridge is a freezer on top model.
I am having ice forming in the freezer and a warm fridge and want to check / replace the timer and/or defrost heater and thermostat...
Any replies on the locations of the above would be greatly appreciated!
