LOL, Yes, but I get hundreds of emails a day, its almost impossible to answer everyone, Plus do service calls out in the field to boot.

I'd much rather have you post it here.

I'll move this thread to our General Appliance Chat Forum.

LOL, Its ok, I have time here to help you, since I'm here in the forums when I'm not out in the field, I hate opening my outlook express email box Cause I know it will be packed full.

Here's the best ones to get:
Kenmore:

If you like the front load machines or high energy washers, the Whirlpool Duet is a good choice. If it's top load machines you prefer, Whirlpool or Kenmore direct drive washers are your best bet. If you have very large or feather quilts and comforters, take them to the laundromat if it's convenient. Let their machines Handel the extra weight and wear and tear.

Question do either of these have steam cycle ?

Hi Jake , gee man when do you come up for air . I spent a week in the hospital and my email has run a muck, or something like that, I can't deal with the old ones yet so I look daily to see if there's something important or not. so far I'm behind about 700 emails, but hey they call me too , I want say what they call me but it rhymes with well lets just say it rhymes. To get to the good stuff now do either have the steam cycle on them. figured i could steam stuff that i don't normally wash , sofa pillows , bed pillows stuff like that, will it work .

hey there redbeardnmt, got a shorter handle, (name)or nick, I hadn't thought to much about the laundry mat, I always clorox or clean with hot water each machine I'd have to use . gotten funny in my old age about washing behind other people, but thats just me, when I was younger and dumber that is. use to go every weekend take all day hotter than heck or there bouts, might send hubby (Naw pink undies) ain't that sexy especially on my blue boxers , but gotta do something.got a whirlpool ultimate care 2 but it's on it's 3rd water pump and it won't spin out right , bout ready to set a light to it if were outside in the yard already I would, but still recovering to much for me to yank out right now. later then, B

Well, the washer is the only appliance that gets washed with soap and water everytime it's used.
