central heating error code 31
i can't find a name anywhere on the unit, but i can have another look. (it's in the crawl space)
problem: no heat. the unit starts up and delivers a code 12. after a short while (60 seconds?) the indicator light goes constant ON. i think this is normal. after a short while (30-60 seconds?) the unit delivers an error code 31. some of the things to check on the fault diagnosis list on the cover panel are to do w/ the vent pipe. i was replacing the vent anyway, during which time i could feel air being pushed out. i don't think it's a blockage issue. any help geratly appreciated.
