Default Attic Fan Motor Needed

My attic fan that vents through the roof of my house has gone bad. It has a sticker on it that says Leslie Locke Building Products. The part number is 909312. It has 4 blades. It also says 120 volts, 60hz, and 4.0 amps. Where can I buy a replacement like this?

I went to Home Depot today and found this attic fan by Master Flow. It was a perfect match. I didn't need the housing that the new fan came in so I unbolted it and took the motor and fan out and bolted it into my existing housing on my roof and it worked perfect.

Plus the new fan came with a new thermostat already wired to it. Here is what I bought from Home Depot >http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/...ctId=100088166
