Default Heater igniter problems

We have a Air Ease model RGU80A075D14-2A. The igniter has 3 prongs on it. At times we have problems where the blower comes on, and I can hear the igniter clicking but the flame won't start. It will go threw this cycle about 3 times then lock out. This happened to my family when I was out of town in the fall so I wasn't to cold. I don't want this to happen again especially during the dead of Colorado winter.

If pull open the door to the furnace, and use a little emery cloth and rub the prongs, and reset the heater, it will work fine again. Any idea how I can keep this from happening or were I can purchase an extra igniter?I've taken the igniter out myself, cleaned it off and put it back in with no problems.
