Default Help me my payne unit stopped blowing out side.

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to first thank you again for this blog it has helped all ready with my fridge Jake was AWESOME! any way I own a Payne unit and i realized my house was not staying cool and went and checked my thermostat and saw my house temp was 88 Degrees and my unit was set as always to 73 degrees, Anyway I went outside and the top of the unit was warm and then it makes a slow humming noise and stops, it sounds as though it wants to go but wont, My lines are not froze and I did see a leak anywhere. Could this be a fuse in the box next to it or something else. Thanks again. for all you all do.

Check your Capacitor and Contactor. If you measure 240 volts between L1 & L2 you should also see the same between T1 & T2, (same voltage going in and comming out).
