Default Oven Self-Clean Trouble

I ran the self-clean cycle on a Kitchenaid Superba electric double oven, model KEBS277DBL2. Before the cycle was finished, the doors locked shut and the display went blank. I had a repair tech come out and replace the thermal fuse. That got the door open, the control panel to display, and the lower oven to work, but the upper oven won't heat at all--not on bake, broil, roast, or any setting.

Unfortunately (for me), the tech didn't test all the features after he installed the fuse and now the service company is trying to stick me with an additional service charge to come out and "diagnose" what they are treating as a separate problem. I'd like to know how to fix the oven & do it myself. Can anyone help?

Thanks!
Alan

Can you even set the temp. on the upper oven? Or the display doesn't do anything for the upper oven?

If the display doesn't do anything, then its likely a bad control panel, what color is it?

If you get readings at your display then:
You would need a volt meter to check for 240 volts at your upper oven bake and broil elements.

If no 240 volts at either of the elements when its on, then its likely your control board is malfunctioning for the upper oven.

Here's the service sheet on it:
