Question Superba KESC307 repair manual

I have a Superba KESC307 stove with a dual burner that only knows one setting - dual. I could test the burner control, but I don't even know how to safely get beneath the control board to check it out. I am hoping a repair manual might just do the trick. Does anyone know where or how I can obtain the manual for this unit? Thanks!

Hi,

Yes, but you would need to post the complete model# of your range.

KESC307 is just a partial model#.

The model# tag is located at the very bottom of your range on the front left or right side frame, you would need to pull your storage drawer out to see it.

Thanks,

Here's the tech. data sheet for your model:
http://www.servicematters.com/docs/w...%209753027.pdf

Its 1 of 2 parts thats bad, either the burner switch itself or the burner assembly. You would need an ohm meter to test continuity of that dual burner.

Here's the dual burner assembly for your model:
Manufacturer's Number: 4453909

Here's the dual burner switch:
Manufacturer's Number: 8203536

Default Superba KESC307HBS0

Thanks, Jake, for the tech information. That should do the trick. But, could you, or anyone else, tell me how to gain access to the switch and burner? Everything seems to be quite tight. Thanks, I really apprecitate the help.

Here's the access repair manual:

Read page 4-4 through 4-5

and 4-7 through 4-9
