Default KUDS24SEBL1 slow door leak

Hi folks -

I've got a KUDS24SEBL1 dishwasher that apparently has been slowly leaking in the center part of the door for quite sometime. I noticed a wet spot on the floor and when I removed the front lower panels I found quite a bit of moisture. After drying everything, I started a new cycle to watch what would happen. There was no leak until I cancelled the cycle and water started to drain. The hoses stayed dry, but there was water dripping close to the wiring harness for the front control panel.

I tried this a few more times after reading some causes for this and I tried opening the door during the draining cycle to see what was happening. It seemed like there was a large amount of water being shot onto the door by the upper spray arm. The arm is very unlevel - but it might be an intentional design because of the depth of the upper right basket.

Does anyone have suggestions on what the cause might be? Is the sprary arm at fault? Do I need a better seal on something in door?

Thanks!

Hi,

What I've seen happen on this models that have the middle spray arm is the feed tube breaks or comes out of place and shoots water at the door thus making it leak.

#6 here is your middle arm feed tube:

It comes as an upgraded kit which includes a new middle spray arm.

Here's the one for your model in case you need to order it:

Thanks Jake. The hyperlink just takes me to the AppliancePartsPros website. When I type in the model # I can't find the part (I must be doing something wrong).
