Default Kitchenaid KSSO48QMB01

My Kitchenaid KSSO48 is not cooling at all.

The display panel started flashing and I could not manually set them below 59°. I replaced the display and the temps will now set properly but the display is flashing and beeping.

The compressor is running but the condensor fan is not. I replaced the condensor motor but it still isn't running.

Any suggestions on what to do next?

Hi,

Here's the tech. data sheet for your model:
https://www.servicematters.com/docs/...%202302865.pdf
Look on page 3 were it says troubleshooting tips (Continued)
Then look further down and it tells you how to test the condenser fan motor.

So its not even cold in your freezer section at all? Warm air blowing inside it?

Jake

Thanks for the link!

It is not cold in either the freezer section or the refrigerator section. I don't feel any warm air movement at all and am ready to check the evaporator fan as well.

Ok, take off the back panel inside your freezer section and check your evaporator coils for frost too. Normal would be a thin layer of frost on all the evaporator coils.
