Default Fridge not working - Freezer fine Kitchenaid KSRP25FNST00

Since the last night the fridge part of my side-by-side refigerator is not cooling but the freezer is working fine (producing ice too). I have put the freezer setting to 6 out of 10 and same setting for the fridge.

However the items in fridge are not cooling and are at room temperature. I tried to increase the settings for both freezer and fridge but still no cooling in the fridge.

Another point. When I put my hand in front of the vent, on the top left of the fridge, from the freezer into the fridge (I think this is the diffuser) I feel no air coming. However, while keeping the fridge open, I opened the freezer also and started to feel the cool air coming into the fridge from the vent (diffuser).

Not sure what's going on, but bottom line is that fridge is not cooling. Could it be that we stocked up the fridge 3 days ago since the family is back in town (we are two adults and two toddlers)? Not sure this is the case, since items in fridge are kinda warm / room temperature.

    Your help is appreciated.

Yes, this usually indicates an ice clog in your vent tunnel.

#4 here is your return air duct louver that unsnaps:

on the the left side wall in your refrigerator section, so you will likely need to remove the middle shelves and lower drawers to access it.

Clear all the ice out and see if that solves it. You can run hot water down and see if it flows out from the bottom vent.
