Ok, by chance did you install a new door gasket then this started happening? Reason I mention this is this happened to me after I installed a new door gasket, and I had accidentally installed it backward causing the door to pop open.

If this isn't the case then the cause would be your door latch is worn out.

Here's the cheapest one I found for your model:
Manufacturer's Number: 8193830

No set time, how often do you use the dishwasher? Daily? Many times a day?

If you have a large family or many family members/relatives living in the same household, then parts wear quicker.

I had the same problem after replacing the door seal (which applied more pressure on the closed door). I used a 2x4 wedged against the handle to keep the door closed until a new latch arrived. The new latch worked for about a week before I started to have the same problem again. The redesigned strike plate is probably the answer (now that I know about it), but I fixed my problem by LIGHTLY sanding a small flat on the back edge of the strike with a Dremel tool. That allows the plastic latch to grab the strike and stay latched on - as opposed to rolling off a rounded edge. I would be cautious about making the flat too large or jagged since it may make the door hard to open or cause damage to the latch over time.
