LZ-no-T is on a distinguished road
Default KUDI01FLSS1 starving for water during wash cycle

Symptoms: Dirty dishes & liquid soap still present in and below dispenser after complete wash cycle.

Observations: Water level low at start of wash cycle - approximately 16+ oz observed in drain area. Very little water pressure...pump appears starved for water...manually added 1 to 1-1/4 gallon...pump and spray is now strong (normal).

Water supply valve is wide open (copper lines)...pressure at sink is good. Is there a sediment screen at the fill valve that may be blocked? Anything else that would restrict the fill level?

Its possible your water inlet valve screen is partially clogged or at worst the water inlet valve itself is wearing out thus not opening fully.

From www.Applianceaid.com
You will need to remove the access panels to get at the fill valve. Dishwasher fill valves also have a screen built into the valve entrance, this can also get all clogged up and need to be cleaned.

If after you cleaned it and its still not filling properly, you will need a new fill valve.

Here's the fill valve for your model you can order:
