Kitchen Aid needs first aid
Have had the KitchenAid drop in range for 8 years now. It has had a few error codes in the past few years, but they cleared up. Not this month. A 5A6 is on the display panel. Clock will not set or the oven temp. Oven will come on, but to 350 and then has to be shut down via the circiut breaker. This is getting old fast.
What does it mean? 5A6 or SAb ? Is it worth fixing at this point?

If its SAb, that means somehow it got put into the Sabbath mode, check you owners manual for instructions on how to get it back into the regular cycle.
If you can't locate your owners manual, please post your model# here and we can help you look for one online.
