Qiuet Scrub Clean light and Cancel light
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me discern a problem. When I try to start a load, it acts like its trying to startm then the Clean light comes on and the cancel light comes on. Anyone have any ideas.
TIA

Hi,
Does it even start filling with water? Do any other buttons respond?

Thanks for the reply Jake.
The Model is: KUDI24SEAL3
It will let me choose my wash settings and when I hit start it sounds like its going to start normally, then the lights come on. Once the lights come on then the only button I can hit is Cancel. It does not look like it fills with water when I open it afterwards.

Thanks,
Are there any lights flashing, like the clean light? If so, count how many times it flashes.

Have you tryed turning your house breaker to it off for about 5 minutes and see it will reset?
You can also try to take the screws off from your console, they are located on the inner door liner, and remove the molex plug connector from the electric control board, then clean it abit with rubbing alcohol, dry it good then reconnect it and try it again.

I've had it unplugged for a few days. When I plugged it back up same situation. Could something be clogged and thats why its telling me to clean it? Or do you think the control panel went bad? The other functions light up when I press them, like when I set it for rinse, or normal wash etc. Just when I press start it switches over to the Clean light.
I will try cleaning the adapter and see if that helps.
Thanks again for responding.

Ok, if the clean light is not blinking and the other button lights are not blinking either, then its likely have a bad control board.
Here is a control board for your model you can order:
Electronic control
Remember there is always a 30 day full refund if the part I have linked here does not fix the problem.
