Default KSRB25FKSS03 - overload protector

Through the help of this great site, I was able to detect that my Start relay was bad (it rattles).
So I ordered the replacement part (2212194), which is now 8201786.
It came in with 2 of the same overload protectors - part # 2187145 for compressor type EGY80.
The accompanied instructions says to use part # 2154697 if I have compressor EGY90, which I do.
My question is does it make a difference if I use part # 2187145 instead of part # 2154697.
Thanks for any help in advance!

I have no clue, never tried.

Just use the one it says to use.

Thanks Jake!
I guess the problem is getting the people at pcappliancerepair to send me the right part. I guess I should have ordered from here.

Oh, so it came with 2 of the same overload protectors - part # 2187145?

Not one of each?

That's correct. It came with 2 of the same overload protectors - part # 2187145.

I called the place where I bought the parts from and they told me that's the way it says on their computer, but I have a feeling that's just BS from them to try to get me off the phone.

I went ahead use the part # 2187145 on my EGY90 and it seems to be working fine... so far.

Default bad start relay

Jake, I thought my compressor was bad but if the start relay was bad would the compressor start at all?

No, it wouldn't start at all.
