Greetings

Oven is 3 months old. ABout 2 weeks ago we had a power failure and oven had PF and a code F5E1. Warranty service came out and said the code was door related (we had not run self clean). He turned the power off and did some stuff and said it needed a new computer that the PF had fried it. I noticed after he left the code had changed to F2E1 (which is not a code listed on the KA codes). Long story short he came and replaced the computer this morning and it worked until the power went out this afternoon (lots of bad weather recently)..now the oven is back to F5E1.

HELP!

OH NO, Sorry to hear that, yea lots of thunderstorms in Texas this time of year.

Call back to have them replace it again, but since its going out after storms it may be a good idea to purchase a extended warranty service contract. I don't think your manufacturers warranty will pay for another one since its storm related, but I know most service contracts will.
