Hi, I have a Kitchen Aid Superba, Side by Side, model KSRS25OGWH00 with a born on date of 12/97. It has started frosting up in the ice chute on the door and the bottom of the ice bin. If I empty the bin and let everything melt, it works fine for a few days. I have seen some threads on heaters on the ice chute. Not sure if mine has one or not.
I have been reading some other threads and it appears it could be my ice chute door not sealing well. I am having no luck with this model number on the parts sites. They say it doesn't exist.
Can someone help with the frosting up problem? If it is the ice door, what parts do I change out?
Also, can someone cross reference this model number to another brand of refrigerator so I can locate the parts for it?

Been hunting this thing all night and found the model number at the parts web sites. It should have been KSRS25QGWH00. It shows up as a whirlpool, but parts look the same.
Now I am just wondering, do I just need to replace my ice chute door?
Any thoughts?
