I purchased all kitchenaid appliances in 2004 when I remodeled my kitchen. Since then I have had one problem after the other with my range/oven. One problem that continues to occur is the oven has never been able to go above 400 degrees or it shuts off and the door locks. I cannot broil and I dare not use the self-cleaner. I use the oven probably 3 times a week at the most, I mainly cook on the outdoor grill but at the price I paid for these appliances, this is quite a hinderance and disappointment. I would love to hear your ideas as to the problem.
