KitchenAid Superba Oven Dim Control Display
We have a KitchenAid Superba double electric oven (KEBS207DBL9), installed new in 2000. Recently oven was run in self-clean mode. Oven would not turn off and tripped breaker. Technician said it was a “runaway” condition probably caused by a failed relay in the self clean circuit. The Control Power Transformer, Lamp Transformer, Thermal Fuse to Electronic Control Panel (at P19), Oven Shutdown Thermal Fuse and finally the entire Electronic Control Panel, have all been replaced. The Electronic Control Panel and both ovens are functional, however the LED displays (both full Control Panel on left and Clock/Timer on right) are very dim. Any diagnosis or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Jake,
The full Electronic Control Board, e.g. microcomputer (the specific part pictured in your reply), has been replaced twice. Each replacement board has shown the same dim display. Any other thoughts?
Thanks,
Jim
