Default LG French Door Frig Bottom Freezer

Regarding LG French Door Refrigerator Bottom Freezer Model LFX25960TT [the one we have] but this also applies to Models LFX25970, LFX21970 and LFX21960. Purchased from Home Depot and we are trying to enlist their help to resolve our difficulty. Have had three repair visits and we are still under the 1-year warranty. The refrigerator froze the food then couldn’t keep the temperature down; the freezer couldn’t keep food frozen. The control panel will not display anything but error codes. We are told now that the fan motor has frozen. In addition, the air duct fan has been replaced and now they want to try a fourth repair. Does anyone have this model and have you had problems of this kind and/or other problems with this particular model? Also, where did you purchase this model from and has that supplier been of help to you in resolving the problems? Thus far, after 20 contacts, LG Customer Service is useless and we want to know if ours is an isolated situation or one that is applicable to other consumers. We have lost confidence in not only the product but in the ability of LG to respond properly to claims that are under warranty as well as the lack of the appliance repair service to produce a remedy. These are our main areas of concern. Please email to nsgaynor@bellsouth.net. We also have some other valuable information to share with other consumers who may have this model with similar problems. Send us your emailed address or phone # so we can be in contact with you. Positive results from the company are more likely to occur if there are a considerable number of consumers who have analogous complaints and they are so registered with the company.fficeffice" />>>
