this is a bottom freezer LG model lrbn22514s 2years old it has a touchpad for fresh food and freezer with numbers 1-7 for selecting, on the fresh food side no number is lit and on the freezer side 567 is lit. The evap is frozen. I tried unpluging the unit and deiceing the evap and when I pluged itback in the same thing happened. Any ideas?

That is a error code telling you that the refrigerator isn't going through a defrost, most likely the thermal fuse pouch on the evaporator is open not allowing the defrost cycle to start.
