Hi,
I have a Maytag dryer that has been leaving black marks on our clothes for a few months now. I called the repair people today and found out they have heard of this before....it is graphite coming through the vent, I believe. The cost of a repair visit is $60 to drive out and $66 an hour plus parts after that!!! And I haven't found my receipt yet!!! Maytag (Loretta) says not coverd without receipt and even not then if over a year old. So angry and frustrated. More time out of my life to deal with someone else's mess up. What ever happened to customer service and business ethics? I've had so many clothes ruined as the dryer only does it sometimes...or I only see it on lighter clothes. Patricia
