Question Jenn Air Cooktop Model C300 porcelain receptacle removal and wire replacment

How do you remove the porcelain receptacle that is between the Burner Box and Grill Pan(where the element cartridge plugs in). I removed the Grill Pan screws but still cannot remove it. I need to remove the receptacle to replace a wire with a burnt contact. I also tried to remove the Top Assy trim piece to gain access but could not . Do you have to remove the complete C300 unit to get to this receptacle?

Yes, on this model on diagram#4 it looks like it has to come completely apart to get to it.
