Default msd2556aew SS fridge does not cool

Similar to some of the other posts.

Fridge is at around 60 degrees. If I put it on max cooling setting, it'll get to around 50. Water collects below the crispers. Condensation on the whole left wall next to the freezer (inside the fridge). Water is slowly dripping from back left top corner.

Freezer at 30; ice forms on the inside close to the door.
If I look through the large vent at the bottom, I see excessive? frost.

The doors appear to seal ok, but the fridge door is lower than the freezer door by about 1/2".

The fridge is 5 years old and looks like it's in ok condition.

Ice maker is not making ice.

I am looking to remove the puriclean filter but can't find the cover (used to replace the filter permanently). What's the best place to get this part.

thanks, I'll try it.

The part I am looking for is not the filter itself but the cover that's used when there is no filter inside the fridge.

Do you mean that a new filter would affect some of the problems with temperature.

I just realized I am not quite sure where the coils and the motor are. Are they all in the back and accessible from the back.
Is there a diagram of this fridge somehere.

I did not do or change anything.
the fridge started cooling again. I think there is a little less frost at the bottom when I look through the front.
The fridge is now at 40, freezer at 0 (middle 5 setting for both).

Maybe it's because it's summer. We've had cooler weather for about a week now. On the other hand, it started before the summer, it's a pretty dry climate and this is the first time in 5 years that it happened.

Should I just leave it as is for now.

If no faults are found/showing up now, probably best "see what happens".

Actually, now that I think of it, there IS a big difference. The rest of the family is away. Maybe they are opening it and keeping it open for long periods of time (e.g. while cleaning) and the fridge can't keep up. Does that make sense or should the fridge be able to recover overnight.

Should normally catch up after 4-6 hours of running.

2 have since moved out, but we noticed our teens would stand with the refrigerator door open for 10-15 minutes "looking" for something to eat.....then they would go away for 30 minutes and come back and do the same thing over again.....as if something "might" have changed inside the refrigerator in thta time
