Hi, thank you for your time. I have a a Magic Chef CSD2123AR
Ice is accumlating in the bottom of my freezer (side by side)
I have removed the ice twice, it comes back.
I keep having to turn freezer down, it is down to 2 and the temp. is 5 degrees, but am afraid I'm heading for problems. From reading threads could it be the defrost drain hole? If so where is it located on this model?
Also if I have to remove the back panel I don't see a way to do that. Sorry I've never done any repair work and don't know how to find the parts to check them. Any suggestions, appreciate it.

Yes, it sounds like the drain is blocked. There are two screws at the top of the lower back panel #20 In parts breakdown. Turn off refrigerator and use a hair dryer to defrost.
