I couldn't believe how small the hole was in my water line. It was barely wide enough for a pin to go into... self-piercing valves are crap!
Yup, thats the truth.

Ok everything is set and ready... and it worked! I have full water pressure coming out of my dispenser. Thank you so much Jake, you're a life saver

Now if only my cementing skills were more refined... I seemt to have a very slight leak at one of the new joints. Guess I need to turn off the line and add some more cement.

Glad your water pressure out of your dispenser is back to normal.

Yup, more cement should do it.

Yea, leaks can be tough to stop with just cement, don't worry you'll get it stopped.

Ok so I broke down and cut it all out and replaced it. Second time around everything went great, no leaks no problems.

Thanks again Jake for all your help, I'd still be spending 15 minutes filling my cup for water without your forums

Go ahead and mark this as fixed or whatever you guys do because I'm done!
