Hi,
Which fan is running both the freezer fan, and the condenser fan in the back of your refrigerator that sits next to your compressor? If both fans are running good, then 2 Things would cause this issue. 1. Your compressor start relay has gone bad. Unplug your refrigerator first! You would need to pull your refrigerator out from the wall, then take the lower back access cover off, then take off your start relay assembly#4 here(take the wires off first, make sure you mark down were your wires go): ![]() Then shake your start relay assembly, if you hear it rattle inside, then its bad. If it doesn't rattle then ohm test it for continuity with an ohm meter. Whats the serial# of your refrigerator? As your model has 2 different start relay's. Jake

Ok, Glad you found out that was the problem.
![]() Here's the start relay for your model: If your serial# on your refrigerator starts with 10-22 you need this one: Manufacturer's Number: 12002784 If it starts with 23 or higher you need this one: Manufacturer's Number: 12002794 So since your serial# starts with 14 you would need the first one listed.
