Default MZD2766GES Refrigerator won't cool the fridge; Coils are frozen in freezer

Hello,

I have a problem with my Maytag MZD2766GES side-by-side refrigerator. The freezer is freezing, but the refrigerator is not cooling. Also, the freezer is full of frost. We had the same issue a couple of weeks ago and left it off overnight to allow the coils to defrost before putting everything back. That was last week, and it's now having difficulties again. From another thread, I found advice on an "Adaptive Defrost Control Board" and ordered one online. I cannot see where this board would be installed in/on the unit. Please help!!!!
