Default Jenn-Air JDS98605BDP left burners don't light

I bought this range in December of 2006. At about 13 months old (just out of warranty) the left removable burners stopped igniting. They light fine with a match. The grill unit for this side lights fine. I replaced the burner assembly with a new one I got on Ebay, and there is the still the same problem. If I ground either of the electrodes to the pan, the other burner sparks. Does the igniter need to be replaced? Is there a service manual for this range to show how to get to it? The s/n is 515988227JV. I called Jenn-Air and they wanted $350 for someone just to come and find out what the problem is.
Thanks for your assistance.

Yes it clicks. The right side sparks fine but the left only sparks with the grill. If I short out one of the ignitors for left burners, the other has a weak spark, barely enough to light it. It just doesn't seem to have enough voltage.

Ok, this sounds like a wiring issue more than anything else, but its odd it just started doing it now. Have you had any electrical work done on your house recently?

You will definitely need to have a tech. come out to see whats going on, this is very uncommon.
