Default Maytag Fridge

I have a model RTP1900DAM and need to see a picture of the defrost heater in place. The little thin metal guard goes on top of the glass heater correct. I got it after someone took it apart. Just wanting to make sure before it goes back together.

Your referring to #29 in this parts diagram:


Yes, it just snaps over the glass defrost heater assembly onto the evaporator coil.

I was actually talking about # 28, making sure it went on top of the glass heater. It keeps the moisture off of the heater correct.

Ok, yes, #28 just goes over the defrost heater glass.
