Default Broken Maytag Oven Glass Door
I bought a maytag wall oven for a fantastic price on ebay. Unfortunately, my husband broke the exterior glass when he installed it. Model MEW6527BAQ.

The oven works great and I have used with without the exterior glass but it does look pretty bad.

I have called Maytag, Sears and a couple of other appliance parts stores for a replacement but it does not seem to be available anymore. Before I kill him, can you please help me find the replacement glass or provide an alternate suggestion?

Hi Susan,

I found the oven door glass, they make 2 different ones for this model and both are on back-order, so its not like they discontinued them altogether, please post the serial# of your range and I can tell you which one yours takes.

WOW! That would be great news! The SN is 13457604ZF. Maytag told me I was out of luck. Hope you are more successful.
