Default Maytag Performa

I have a Maytag Performa model PAVT454EWW and it works fine, except when it has finished spinning. When I open the lid it looks like the tub is leaning to the right side by maybe 1-2 inches. I feel like it's the snubber.
Just for time being i put 1 extra spring on the opposite side and it now stays in balance after spinning. Whats your take on it?

Yes, it sounds like a snubber issue.

Have you ever changed a snubber before on these models?

Here's the snubber for this model:
Manufacturer part number 21002026 is RepairClinic item number 1055142
21002026

Also getting the repair manual is a must when doing this job:
Maytag Atlantis Repair Manual

I have changed these before, and I do have the brake tool. Seems like they could have come up with something better than this snubber. It's a job putting these in for no more than they cost. Thanks Jake

Are you doing this repair under any kind of service contract, or the customer has to pay everything?
