I have no water through intake valve. Water supply is through a reverse osmosis system. I changed filters so I should have good pressure, as the unit worked before. Customer says,"can not hear clicking sound as when unit was working. Any help on troubleshooting ? Thank You esley

Hi Esley,
Sounds like your a tech.? Thats fine if you are, let me point out the first thing I do when I come across this issue. I get my volt meter and put the meter probes into the water inlet valve connectors that plug into the water inlet valve and test for 120 volts while you have a jumper wire in the ice maker module L & V test points on the ice maker module. You can jump the L & V on the module and that will send 120 volts to your water inlet valve and see if water comes out from your fill tube in the back of your ice maker. Just make a jumper wire. OR If you want to test the water inlet valve alone, the water inlet valve is in the back of your refrigerator were your water supply line hooks up to it. You can buy a test cord here: Test Cord - 110 Volt With Alligator Clips ![]() or you can probably get a cheater cord like this at any hardware store in your area if you don't want to wait on ordering it. Let me know what you find. Also there are a number of techs including myself that highly recommend: Make sure the PSI to the refrigerator is at least 30 PSI. DO NOT CONNECT THE REFRIGERATOR TO AN REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM. You are only asking for trouble. ![]() Jake
