Default [FIXED] Maytag Neptune problem

Hi , I have a Neptune mo#MAH8700AWW . Washer started making a humming noise and would not drain . I removed a piece or a wicker basket from the pump and it started draining , that was a good thing . Only now it has a different sound , a buzzing and the letters LO are on the screen . The washer was purchased as a floor model with no owners manuel so I have no idea what the LO is . Can you help ?

Hi,

LO error code means Door Failed to Unlock after 3 attempts.

Can you open the door?

Try unplugging your washer for 5 minutes to see if it will reset.
