Default Help with Maytag PD3600AWX

This dishwasher was installed in the house when we bought it over two years ago (serial 28835127AR) we used it a good year and a half when it suddenly stopped working. It sounds like the motor kicks on (makes a humming sound) and it will start pumping water but then it makes a noise like maybe the motor is locking up?? so we turn it off.

This happens in every cycle. Not sure what to check or what to do. Please help

Its ok, I moved your thread to the Maytag Dishwasher Forum.

Please double check your model#, I can pull-up any info on that one.

Its possibly something stuck in your chopper blade.

Jake
