Default Maytag not drying drum visibly damp with moisture

I have an MDe9306ayw. I placed it on delicate to dry some denim items. I went back and the drum was warm, indicating that it was heating. However there was now visible dampness in the drum (water beads/streaks). Also, on my dryer vent pipe (my dryer is in my basement, not too damp down there)-which extends straight up to an elbow then a 90 degree left turn to straight outside the house----was dripping with moisture at the elbow. The heating element was checked at a local appliance repair and he said the thermostat/element was good (I forgot about your blog..sorry). I was wondering if the blower motor is bad. THanks everyone!

No, it sounds like a vent restriction, pull your dryer away from the wall, then run it with a load in to see if it drys normal, open some windows to let the hot air out if your dryer is inside your house.

Let me know what happens.
