I have the above mentioned refridgerator. The water flow is rather slow and it is even that way after I replace the filter, though a little better for a while. One issue I know of is that my condo building has lot of sediment in some of the hot water pipes (1960 galvinized steel pipes) and sometimes the cold. When the water in the building is turned off, chunks of rust/buildup come out with the first turning of the water. But, as mentioned, even with a new filter the flow is disatsifyingly slow.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Have been reading other posts, but can't seem to find an answer to this particular issue. Many thanks in advance! |

Hi,
I would first check your water supply that hooks up to your refrigerator in the back. Take off your water supply line that connects to your water valve in the back and test the pressure on that line, like run some water into a bucket/container to make sure you have good pressure on that line. If the water pressure is good and strong then the problem is in your water inlet valves. Replace both of the water valves: Manufacturer part#12001892 is RepairClinic item#936009 ![]() Here's the other one for your model: Manufacturer part#61005626 is RepairClinic item#914955 61005626Jake
