Default Quits in cycle, sometimes won't drain

I have an MDB9150AWB that's about 5yrs old. One day the cycle was dwelling. It was full of hot water and just sitting there. The circuit board was making a faint clicking sound like a relay was trying to hold, but couldn't. I investigated and found that one component was dangling from the PCB. I taped it back in place and it ran ok...for a week. Then it did the same thing again and I rechecked the tape job. This time a relay coil looked burnt. I ordered and replaced the PCB.

After doing this, the timer LCD no longer dimmed/shuddered, but it still stops after either the first fill or after the first wash and doesn't restart. When it stalls there is still a faint relay clicking, but I can't tell if it's a regular click or just when I end the cycle and dry to get it to drain.

As before, when I end the cycle by pressing the drain/off button, only sometimes does it actually drain. If I interrupt the cycle and try to drain it, again it's intermittent as to whether or not it will drain.

I can't imagine I have a bad new PCB. The symptoms are very similar. Any thoughts?

Thats kinda strange, where did you get the PCB from? If may have come new, but possibly defective.

Here's the one for your model you can order:
Manufacturer's Number: 99002825

If you purchase parts from our links here and you install them and it doesn't fix the problem, you have a 30 day full refund when you return them.

I bought it from appliancepartpros.com. It came wrapped in bubble wrap, but I can't remember if it was in an air tight bag.

Think I should return the PCB?
