Default Left 2 burners and oven wont ignite

I have a Matag MGS5752BDB Gas range and in the last few days the left 2 burners and over will not light. There is spark to the ignitors on the left side, and I can smell gas when I try to light it. I have not tried a match yet though. As far as the oven goes, when we set the temp, pretty much nothing happens. I need to try and fix this ASAP. From what I can see from other posts it sounds like a control valve issue.
BTW when I try to light the left front the smell of gas is much stronger than when trying to light the back left.
Thanks

So when you turn the 2 left surface burners on, there is no clicking or clicking but no spark to the left side?

Also open the oven door when you turn your oven on, do you notice an orange glow from the bottom of your oven?

There is clicking and a pretty good spark to all burners. In the oven I didn't notice the glow. Where exactly should that come from? Usually you hear the oven kick on when you set the temp, but now nothing. Also there is no smell of gas when you turn on the oven, only when you try to start the burners.

You'll likely need to remove the oven bottom panel to see.

The oven bottom panel is #20 here, held in place by the #18 screws:

If you don't see an orange glow then get a volt meter and check for 120 volts that the oven igniter connector.

9 times out of 10 its the oven glow bar igniter that causes this issue.

Here's the oven glow bar igniter for your model you can order:
Manufacturer's Number: 74007498

74007498

If you purchase parts from our links here and you install them and it doesn't fix the problem, you have a 30 day full refund when you return them.

Just remove the bottom panel from inside your oven, then undo the wing nut#17 and take off your burner baffle#7 here:

My girlfriend restarted the oven and there was an orange glow and a smell of gas. So that may not be the issue and why would that make the burners not light on top when there is a spark.

You have 2 separate problems.

Ok, so you will need to order and replace the oven igniter to make the oven work again.

And likely the 2 left surface burner igniter's.

Manufacturer part number 74011755 is RepairClinic item number 1205014

Thanks Jake, but I have one more question. When I turn the surface burners on, the left ones spark, are they just maybe not sparking strong enough? Should I try to light the burner with a match to make sure its not a gas or pressure issue?

Yes, use a match or cigarette lighter to lite it.

When the spark igniter goes bad, it will click but either be weak and not ignite or no spark at all.

I really appreciate all the help. Any specific directions for replacing the Surface ignitors? Also i am assuming I remove the bottom pan as you said and the Oven ignitor should be there. Any tips or things to be aware of? I am going to try and order the parts today. Finally is there a SAFE way to light the oven with a match just to get it working? My GF is going nuts!!!

No, you can't lite the oven with a match, its controlled by the oven igniter glow bar.

To change the top igniter's just take off #2 #3 then #22 #23 then you can remove the igniter from #15 here:
