Default Maytag PTB2154GRW no Frig or freez cooling

Have a 4 year old Maytag PTB2154GRW that does not cool frig or freezer compartment. Have lights on and frig and freezer fans running.
coils clean and coil cooling fan running.
No ice build up in freezer.

Came home to find it in this condition and of course all the food

cleaned it all up and left unplugged. Now when I power on again I can hear a noticebly audible click that seems to be coming from compressor area. seems but not sure that compressor starts , click and its off.
will cycle this way.

Obviously looking for help .. ... IDEAS?

Hi,

More test the compressor to see if it "tests" ok and try a new relay/overload.

yes take it off and shake it if it is bad it will rattle but make sure you have the right part ...when you unplug it from the compressor it will be in a plastic casing both those peices come out the one with the 2 holes in it is the part you want to check
