[FIXED] Maytag LSG7804AAE Stack Washer not working

Washer just stoped working timer will run spin and rinse but will not fill if you open the lid washer does shut down

There should be a fuse inside the washer on the side panel, once you remove the front panel, that fuse may be blown, thus won't fill with water.
If it is blown, then you can not simply replace the fuse, but you'd need to change the lid/latch switch assembly.
For that: Whats the serial# of your stack washer? They make two different ones for your model, depending on your serial#.

Here is the number 16211441QH
Fuse was bad put a new one in it went then tried a jumper and it still not working?
Just as a side note washer does run in spin and when you lift the lid it does shut down the washer

Like I said, you simply can't replace the fuse, this lid switch has 2 switches in it, one for the water fill and agitate and one for the spin.
Here's the lid switch assembly for your model you can order here:

hello, i have the same problem blows fuse serial # 15932203u5 model # lse7806ace the lid switch assy is the problem ?

Yup, and yes your model/serial number use the exact same lid switch assembly I posted above.

Just realized my part number is different from the OP's.... Mine is LSE7804ACE. But i have the same symptom.
