Got the fan in and working well! Have had to turn freezer and fridge down as too cold in fridge and freezing stuff. Water and ice dispenser not working ow as frozen? It worked for a day or so after installing fan. Suggestions?

If you had the controls turned way up when you replaced the fan motor, the water line or filter is most likely frozen. Take the filter out and try to defrost it. Look for ice in the line with the filter out. There's a good posibility the water resivoir or coil for the dispenser is also frozen. Turn your controls down and wait for any ice in the line to melt. It may take a day or two.

OK, You'll need to find out where the blockage is by process of elimination of each section. You'll test each section the same way. It helps if you have someone to work the dispenser while you disconnect each section to test it. Start with disconnecting the water dispenser water line at the water valve and use a bucket to catch the water and see if the water comes out of the valve. First section is water line to water filter. Then water filter to the quick disconnect under the freezer door lower hinge and then out the dispenser.
