Fix one problem, now a new one stumps me

6-10 years
I’ve done some research but nobody has mentioned anythingjust like my problem

Was using the washer and heard a clunk sound, washer stoppedworking. Finally found that the
e-clip/c-clip had broken and the main shaft and the large pulleyhad fallen off. I called a local parts place
for replacement, he sent me to Lowes said same thing butcheaper. I bought new clip and installed it easy enough, but…

HERE IS MY PROBLEM NOW
Now my washer spins slowly and the agitator works during thespin cycle.
I’ve checked the belt, its ok motor pivots easily too. Checkedthe brake housing during operation and it dose not get even warm. I placed thelittle plastic clog thing on the end of the shaft and turned both directionswith no resistance. Read elsewhere this means bad trans. What do you all think.Something else I could try??
