The ice dispenser will only produce crushed ice, even when selecting cubes.
Is this a common problem? What would I need to do to repair? Thanks. |

Hi,
If yours has the metal rod on the bucket assembly, make sure that rod moves up and down freely. Then check the plunger where that rod goes too, and that has to move up and down freely too. You may have a ice jam. Jake
