I have a Maytag Side by Side refrig/freezer Model MSD2756AEW that has the refrigerator compartment that is not cold. I have read other postings and found my freezer coils frozen or iced up! There is no freezing or drainage in refrigerator compartment and the flapper box is clean.
I defrosted the entire appliance and believe that Defrost control board may be the problem. Is there a blower motor for the refrig compartment or is there only one fan unit for the whole appliance? Do I need to do anything to the styrofoam duct work at the top of the refrigerator to increase airflow? Thank you in advance for your replies. |
