Hi,
Sounds like the bearing went out on it, you can get a volt meter and see if its getting 120 volts to the fan motor, if 120 volts is present, then your fan motor is shot. Which fan motor is it, the freezer(evaporator) or condenser fan motor? Whats the serial#? Jake

Doesn't seem to be giving any juice, tested voltage meter and it works properly.
Inserted red prong into female receptor and black prong to the coils in back of freezer to ground. Want to make sure I am doing this properly. Fan motor part # UDQR002MGL |

Put the leads in the complete receptor, 1 on each side.
