Hi,

Bad switch, bad socket, broken wire ( rare ) or two bulbs failing/loose at the same time will make both lights go out at the same time.

Some tips are linked here to test the light switch.

Light switch

*Carefully* check for power at the bulb socket....the socket will come out and have 2 wires going to it....power there and the bulbs are ok = bad socket....no power there = bad switch or broken wire in the cabinet.

the fan in the freezer is working
Won't effect the lights.
